Refund Policy

Starter Kit (one-time purchase)
When you buy the Starter Kit, the six standard items (Google Business Profile walkthrough, review-generation system, social post templates, local directory checklist, project photo guide, and follow-up & referral sequence) are delivered to you by email within minutes of purchase.
Your personalized onboarding report is prepared separately and delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
You can cancel and receive a full refund any time before your personalized report has been generated and sent to you. Once your personalized report has been delivered, your purchase is final and not eligible for a refund, since at that point you have received the personalized analysis you paid for.
If your personalized report has not arrived within 24 hours of purchase, or if any file you received is missing or unreadable, contact us at hello@bookedandvisible.ca and we will fix the issue or issue a full refund.
Visible and Booked memberships
Membership plans are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time, with no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancelling stops future billing effective at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for periods already billed, consistent with standard subscription practice.
Landing Page add-on
The one-time Landing Page add-on follows the same rule as the Starter Kit: a full refund is available any time before we have begun building your custom page. Once work on your specific page has started, the purchase is final.
