What you receive

Timing

The six guides and templates arrive by email within minutes of purchase. Right after that, we'll ask for a few quick details about your business (see below); your personalized report follows within 24 hours of receiving your completed form, delivered through a confirmation link (see our Refund Policy for how this affects refund eligibility).

What we need from you

A short form sent immediately after purchase — not part of checkout itself — asking for your business name, city or primary service area, phone number, and a link to your Google Business Profile and/or website (there's an option for "I don't have a Google Business Profile yet" — your report will include the steps to set one up instead of reviewing an existing one). We deliberately keep this out of the checkout flow so buying stays quick and simple; the 24-hour clock above starts once we receive your completed form, not at the moment of purchase.

Not included

Phone or video consultation, ongoing account management, or any guarantee of a specific increase in calls, bookings, or ranking (see our Terms of Service, Section 10).

Your first curriculum email arrives within 24 hours of joining. Each subsequent month's lesson arrives on the 1st.

What we need from you

The same business-identification questions as the Starter Kit (business name, city/service area, phone number, Google Business Profile and/or website link), asked in a short form right after you join — not as part of checkout — since your outcomes report needs the same information. Each quarter afterward, we'll also email a one-minute question asking how many new customers you've gotten since the last report — your answer is folded into your outcomes report. Skipping it just means that one field is left blank, not a problem.

Not included

Phone or video consultation, done-for-you social posting or ad management (the materials are yours to use, not managed by us), or any guarantee of specific results.

Your landing page follows the timeline described below under Landing Page Add-on. Quarterly refreshes are completed within 5 business days of receiving your update request.

What we need from you

The same business-identification questions as the Starter Kit, asked in a short form right after you join — plus a separate intake form for your landing page specifically: logo (if you have one), brand colors, service list, and photos/testimonials. The first form covers what your outcomes report needs; the landing page intake form covers what your page needs — two different forms, both sent after signup rather than during checkout.

A single-page website built around your business — your logo and colors if you have them (a clean default palette if you don't), your services, service area, phone number, photos, and testimonials — mobile-responsive, hosted on our infrastructure at no separate hosting cost.

Both tiers include one round of revisions before your page is considered final — send us any changes within 7 days of first delivery and we'll make them at no extra cost.

Ongoing content updates beyond what's stated (quarterly refreshes are a Booked-membership perk, not part of a standalone purchase), copywriting beyond organizing the information you provide, or custom design work outside the core template.
